Notes:

Open/Free, Selective/Restrictive peering: see BIX Charter, Point 4.
In case of transferring BIX ports, a one-off administrative fee amounting to HUF 30,000 is due instead of the installation fee.
At BIX ports with reduced bandwidth, the total bandwidth is available. Usage of the port is checked based on a utilization rate of 95%, according to the industrial norm, and in case of overuse, the monthly fee of the normal port is payable for the entire invoicing period. Steps of the 95% settlement: The average traffic measurements for 1 minute are listed in increasing order, then the top 5% is ignored and the remaining value is the 95% traffic of the port.

For new BIX member ( BIX member whom AS was not connected on BIX earlier ) the first month free of charge (test month). This promotion is not acceptable for line upgrade or owner change of a BIX line.
The monthly fee of the suspended BIX port is 20% of the active port fee.

The BIX service basic fee is payable in advance for each item year. New BIX Members, if they join in the second half of the year, only a half-year basic fee will be charged in the item year.

Discounted prices for standby (reserve) ports:

The monthly fee for a standby BIX port provided on the same BIX node is 40% of the active port fee.
The monthly fee for a standby BIX port, as part of the active LAG, is 40% of the active port fee.
The fee for a standby BIX port provided on a different BIX node that the active port is 20% of the active port fee.

Promotions:

Promotion from 1 January 2019 till 30 Nov 2019: the one-time fee of 10 Gbps ports: HUF 0, otherwise HUF 150,000 (EUR 500)
10 Gbps port volume discount: from the 4th port the fee is HUF 90 thousand /month/port (EUR 300) (progressive discount), from the 8th port (80 Gbps, 90 Gbps, or 100 Gbps), total monthly fee: HUF 840 thousand /month (EUR 2800). From the 11th port, HUF 90 thousand /month/port (EUR 300) These fees are applicable for Open/Free peering, in case of Selective/Restrictive peering, the fees indicated in the table are applicable.
Promotion from 15 January 2018 till 31 May 2018: for the first 2 customers signing up for a 100 Gbase-SR10 port the one-time will be waived, otherwise the fee is to be discussed. The discount applies only for the first active port per customer.
For the first 1 Gpps port no monthly fee applies if the BIX member has no additional ports.
