BIX consists of 3 PoPs in Budapest, one in Vienna and two fully redundant PoPs in Frankfurt. The PoPs are based on NOKIA 7750 SR switches, that are distributed in a spine leaf architecture through the most important 3 Data Centres in Hungary, 1 in Vienna and 2 more in Frankfurt. They are interconnected through a redundant optical backbone, nx 400G bandwidths. The sites are:
